Smithers mayor on MMIW: "Yes, hitchhiking is risky. What are we going to do about it?"

The Assembly of First Nations want federal party leaders to commit to a national inquiry into missing and murdered women. Yesterday, former Conservative MP John Cummins said that these investigations are difficult...and women are putting themselves at risk by hitchhiking along Highway 16.
