Geoff Southern leaves the States sitting in anger

The medium term financial plan debate went on late into Thursday evening, finishing at about 20:00 BST with one member leaving in anger.
Deputy Geoff Southern of Reform Jersey had asked for the debate to finish early and resume tomorrow but he lost. He walked out and could be heard saying "I'm F***ing off anyway".
He apologised for swearing and any offence he caused after the debate on Thursday.
