Belarus elections: free and fair, or a farce?

It was famously called "the last dictatorship in Europe." Now, the people of #Belarus are voting for a President. But the same man has won every election contest so far, and Alexander Lukashenko stands accused of doing so by locking up his opponents. Other Presidential candidates like Tatsiana Karatkevich (pictured) say they don't get fair access to the media, and are prevented from holding public meetings. So is this a fair contest?
