Dr Crozier survived Ebola last year and balances gratitude for his life with a new space he finds himself in. But, he tells BBC Radio 4's Today programme, that is much more difficult for survivors in west Africa who suffer ostracisation and stigmatisation as well as side effects. In the picture is survivor Dauda Fullah who was a patient in the hospital where Ian worked. On the left is George Quaker from Street Child who hired him to help identify other Ebola orphans. Dauda is now working for Goal on a programme to help survivors suffering uveitis, a side effect of Ebola.
