It's been a big, big week in politics. A crucial Government-ordered report on the state of the major paramilitaries organisations was published. The report concluded that all the main paramilitary groups haven't gone away. It said the IRA's Army Council is still in existence, and IRA members believe it oversees Sinn Fein. Although it also said it has a "wholly political focus". The report also stated that despite all the focus on decommissioning, the IRA, UDA, UVF and INLA still have access to weapons.
