Ulster Unionist Party members seemed in good form at the party's conference at the weekend. The party is now in opposition at Stormont, having quit the Executive over the controversy about the IRA's existence. It is staying in the cross-party talks aimed at saving the Assembly. Many political observers believe the party is on a good run at present. But what about the longer term situation?
