Man tried to lure kids with candy, police say

Syracuse police say two kids approached by a stranger offering candy did exactly the right thing - in part because their parents prepared them. They are looking for an older white Chevrolet Silverado with Chevy emblems on the hubcaps and a tinted rear window.
