Tom Hughes spoke to Sam James after the U23's game against Worcester Cavaliers at Heyward Road. A hard match and Sharks were behind for the majority of the game but managed a 26-23 win. We also spoke about the 1st teams win against Worcester Warriors on 23rd October. Training with the first team, the next match, Rugby World Cup final and what his aims are for this season. #SaleSharksRugby
