Mourning the loss of Fort St. John teacher and musician Rebecca Young

Rebecca Young didn't have much time as the Life Skills teacher at Dr. Kearney Middle School in Fort St. John, but her impact was huge. Young moved from Newfoundland for the position, but died suddenly after only one school year. She was just 26 years old. It was only after her death that staff and students learned of a professional CD she released a few years earlier. The CBC's Rebecca Zandbergen spoke with Young's fiancé, Jonathan Baggs.
