Challenge accepted: Mayor Colin Basran cycles to UBCO

After accepting a challenge, Kelowna Mayor Colin Basran cycled to UBC Okanagan this morning. A long and complicated court battle has made it illegal for cyclists to access the safer back route to the university, forcing them to ride over the busy highway 97 overpass. Rebecca talked to Basran about the ride.
