IGAD mediators meet with partners over peace process

Mediators from the East African regional block, the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) have met with international partners in Juba.

The meeting was called to exchange notes and brain storm on the role of the international community in supporting the realization of the peace agreement.

Chief mediator, Seyoum Mesfin said the region and the international community have a role to play in the implementation.

Ambassador Mesfin made this statement to journalists after the meeting.
