Fort St John entrepreneur on how Site C will benefit the Peace

Rick Quigley was born and raised in Fort St John, and now his company has been awarded the largest construction contract in the building of Site C. He recognizes its a controversial development, but he's also optimistic about the jobs it will provide. He speaks with Russell Bowers.
