Canada's energy regulator goes public with pipeline problems and other safety violations: "You're looking at a new National Energy Board"

In the past, critics have called the National Energy Board a "rubber stamp" for government energy policy. But with a new government, the board has committed to posting safety violations, penalties, and other issues they come across online within six months of them happening. CBC reporter Betsy Trumpener tells us about the change- and about some of the violations that have already been posted from northern B.C.
