Logistical glitches delay arrival of SPLM /A in Opposition advance team

Logistical problems have once again delayed the arrival of the advance delegation of the SPLM/A in the opposition.
On Monday, Taban Deng Gai, SPLA in Opposition Lead negotiator, told us that the team of 560 was ready to return to Juba.
Today however, Presidential press secretary Ateny Wek Ateny confirms that some logistical delays are once again delaying the arrival of the team.
He spoke to Sani Martin
