Intro Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka wants President Mohamadu Buhari to put to an end the incessant harassment and malhandling of Civilians by military personnel.

He made the call at the 10th Wole Soyinka Award for Investigative Reporting held in Lagos.

Correspondent Innocent Onoh reports that the Overall winner of this years contest was a Premium Times reporter Emmanuel Ogala while the Education correspondent of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, Lagos Operations, Mrs. Kikelomo Ifekoya, was commended for her work on violence against women.
