New Star Wars Film Set for Global Premiere

.It's almost 40 years since "Star Wars" first hit screens, and a new generation of fans are awaiting the latest instalment in the blockbuster space saga being released this week, in a phased roll out across the globe. The film will be shown in cinemas in Los Angeles as part of its world premiere later today. Experts predict that products tied to the film could bring in up to $5bn in revenue for the Walt Disney Company, which paid $4bn for Lucasfilm in 2012.
