A RECENTLY created website and promotional outfit - Emerging North - is going great guns at present and is hoping to expand considerably in 2016. It's the brainchild of 28-year-old Chadderton-based new music fanatic Dan Seal, and he has been building himself a reputation for producing quality reviews, previews and features on hopeful young North-West-based bands.
