Port Edward closes popular picnic spot to combat illegal dumping

Kloiya Bay is a popular spot for camping, kayaking, and picnicking while surround by the lush green wilderness of B.C.'s north coast. But it's also a popular spot for people to dump their trash. In fact, garbage has become such a problem that Port Edward council has closed the gates to the bay. We speak to mayor Dave MacDonald.
