'It's breaking my heart' - a very special Christmas plea from a Good Samaritan

She's been helping people for 40 years but now a Belfast woman is asking for a favour herself. Mona McConnell is well known for pulling out all the stops to make sure those in need have a good Christmas. Last year alone Mona's team provided over 700 food hampers and also held a christmas lunch for those who had no-where else to go.

Now she's contacted the Nolan show. That's because the bus scheduled to pick people up for this year's christmas lunch has fallen through.

Mona is now desperate to find an alternative and there's only a week to do it. Former Belfast mayor Máirtín Ó Muilleoir has described Mona as a "one-woman Dynamo healing the needy."
