Prime Minister David Cameron will announce a scheme today offering mums and dads vouchers to take parenting lessons. In a speech he will say that "we all need more help with this - the most important job we'll ever have." He added that he thinks "we now need to think about how to make it normal - even aspirational - to attend parenting classes." Is this a good idea or nanny state interference?
