Last night, President Barack Obama said in his State of the Union address that terrorist groups like ISIS "do not threaten our national existence." Republicans, however, say he's unable to deal with the threat. Meanwhile, Cuban migrants stuck for months in Central America are given a ticket to continue to the US.
