I never realized what an amazing opportunity acting afforded me. We should ALL be so lucky as to train in the ART of PLAY... Playing "in the moment," in "character," or "state of being" makes our words more powerful than mere affirmations. It means reaping the benefits of FEELING those words. LIVING those words. Have a listen, and CHALLENGE yourself to play.
