Arabic lessons being set up to help welcome Syrian newcomers to Prince George

Richard Parks wants to learn Arabic so he can help Syrian refugees coming to the city feel less isolated. He tells Carolina de Ryk how seeing his grandmother go through dementia and lose her grasp of the English language is serving as an inspiration for the lessons.
