Councillour talks parks, jumbotron, sidewalks in Prince George budget

Some of the final budget decisions were made by Prince George city council yesterday. The city will be spending $390,000 to fix the score clock at CN Centre, but won't be spending $400,000 on a new picnic shelter- and also won't be spending the $1 million needed to repair city sidewalks. We speak to councillour Jillian Merrick about the decisions.
