20 miles per hour. That's the new speed limit for parts of Belfast city centre. It's meant to improve road safety. But critics say it will lead to more congestion. The Department for Regional Development says it isn't an anti-car measure. Other 20mph speed limits have already been introduced in Newtownabbey, Ballynahinch, Ballymena and Ballycastle.
