Avalanche technician says northern B.C. needs daily updates on snow risks to prevent fatalities

Over the weekend, a Prince George snowmobiler lost his life in the Torphy mountain range. Andrew Duncan is an avalanche technician who says northern B.C. needs daily avalanche risk updates, instead of the weekly synopsis it currently receives, in order to reduce risks.
