Race to Rio challenge

Runners, Cyclists and Swimmers across North Norfolk are being asked to help Britain’s Paralympic team with a special 'Race to Rio' challenge. The aim is to complete a combined total of 5,876 miles between now and the end of April, that’s the distance from Bodham to Rio, and get sponsored with the aim of raising a total of £1 per mile. Kevin Abbs from car dealers Crayford and Abbs is behind the challenge – and I caught up with him to find out more
