Pre-Amble to FeBOOary, and Bedtime Life Update

Before going to bed, time to talk about my music project, Attack Of The Vapours, and an audio project I discovered earlier, called #FeBOOary, in which I've decided to try & participate. Basically, I'll be trying to record some audio on here for every day next month. Sounds like fun, and I can't pass up the challenge!
