Unknown Four Waveform Transmission 8992 USB 2-1-2016 1546 UTC

Have chased this unknown 4 different digital signal transmissions for quite some time now. Transmitted on 8992 kHz USB at apparently random intervals. The voice traffic heard towards end of the recording is the French Air Force and does not appear to have anything to do with this transmission.. #Unknown #8992kHz
