If the EU had a decent track record in terms of achievements over the last 15 years then i wouldn't be worried, but it is a melting pot of disaster, and the referendum could be the last chance saloon for the UK. This was the view of David Buik, Senior Market Commentator for Panmure Gordon, when he joined Zak Mir and Simon French to discuss the ‘in’ and ‘out’ arguments for the EU referendum, as well as explaining his concern over the robustness of global banks.
