More now on the Dame Janet Smith report into sex crimes committed Jimmy Saville. We've heard already this morning that BBC presenter Tony Blackburn has been sacked by the BBC - he says the decision follows a disagreement about his evidence to the inquiry. Nazir Afzal is the former Crown Prosecution Service lead on child sexual abuse.
