It's been in place for the last nine years - but Scotland's council tax freeze is set to end.

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced that those living in the most expensive homes will pay more from April of next year.

We spoke to Aberdeen City Council's Finance Convenor Willie Young about how the changes could affect the Granite City.
