Grand Forks mayor warned of conflict of interest on first day in office

CBC has learned that the mayor of Grand Forks, BC, Frank Konrad was warned about a potential conflict of interest on his first day in office, but did not immediately disclose that fact at open council. This is Part One of a three part series.
