Animal rights campaigners here have hit out at Game of Thrones Tours because real fur is used on SOME of their costumes. Northern Ireland Says No to Animal Cruelty says the company is promoting the fur industry, albeit indirectly by using real fur on cloaks given to people to wear on the tours. The company denies condoning the fur industry. The Irish News is reporting today that the company are now discussing whether they really need to use real fur.
