On Vinny's show last night he spoke to music mogal and former X Factor judge - Louis Walsh. And Louis - was less than complimentary about our Belfast. Does he have a point? Does Belfast not measure up against Dublin? Is Dublin more FREE? Is it really LESS FUN in Belfast? Or is Louis talking out of his X Factor?
