Dealing with the past – SF’s Gerry Kelly and DUP’s Emma Pengelly debate #BBCNolan

Stormont politicians could be facing the last chance to agree a way forward on dealing with the past. That's the blunt warning today from the Victims Commissioner Judith Thompson.
