Smoking in all hospital grounds banned - step too far or breath of fresh air?

Today sees the start of our health trusts officially go smoke free. So that means that smoking will not be allowed at any hospital buildings throughout Northern Ireland by staff, patients or visitors. All smoking shelters will be removed and it will be prohibited to smoke anywhere on hospital grounds including inside vehicles within hospital boundaries. Is this a sensible move or is it unfair for those who want to smoke? Stephen got the views of Neil Wilson of the Northern Ireland Conservatives and commentator Andrea McVeigh
