DUP politician Nelson McCausland has criticised the way the 1916 Easter Rising is being taught to children in Belfast. He made his comments in a column in the Belfast Telegraph. He claimed an uncritical take on the Rising is "very concerning". In short, the former Minister is suggesting young minds are being led astray. Mr McCausland joined Stephen this morning along with Chris Donnelly, vice-principal of Holy Cross Boys' Primary School, one of the schools criticised by the DUP man.
