King of the ring @RealCFrampton invited @stephennolan to his home and discussed more than just boxing

After making headlines across the world, last month, when he beat Scott Quigg in Manchester, unifying the WBA and IBF super-bantamweight titles, it now looks like he is set to fight Mexican Leo Santa Cruz for the WBA world featherweight title this summer.

This week he is heading to Buckingham Palace to collect his MBE. We didn't just speak about boxing... But also his upbringing... what he wants to do when he retires...and something that's more important than even boxing.... his family.
