Vanessa interviewed Lisa Lyn, celebrity fitness and metabolic nutrition expert, about how to lose one pound a day, the safe and natural way. They talked about why Americans are gaining weight at rocket speed and yet can't seem to lose weight, what type of foods are best for weight loss and about exercising and what kinds you should do, how much of it you should do and when it should be done.
