Health officials fielding complaints about animals in restaurants

The Utah County Health Department has received complaints about people disguising their pets or comfort animals as service animals, just so the dog's owner can bring them inside a restaurant or grocery store. Health officials are reaching out to restaurant owners to clarify what is allowed and what isn't.
