Judge: Porsche Is Not at Fault for Paul Walker’s Death

Porsche is not at fault for the fiery crash that killed actor Paul Walker almost three years ago, a federal judge ruled Monday.

U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez said there was not enough evidence to prove that the Fast & Furious star and a friend died because the Porsche Carrera GT they were in lacked several key safety features, the Associated Press reports.
