Vernal to consider fracking for Estonia

The Country of Estonia is very interested in what lies underneath Utah's soil - and would like eastern Utah officials to consider "fracking" to sell oil overseas. Public hearings will take place on Tuesday, May 3, in Vernal; Wednesday, May 4, in Rangely, CO.; and Thursday, May 5, in Salt Lake City.
