The Justice Department will pursue a lawsuit against Apple in Brooklyn to compel the company to unlock the iPhone of a convicted drug dealer.
On Friday, the Justice Department told a federal judge that it still needs Apple's help opening the iPhone, even after the FBI was recently able to unlock a phone related to the San Bernardino shooting without the company's help, NBC reports.
