Hillary Clinton Takes Aim at Sanders on Gun Policies

Hillary Clinton came after Sen. Bernie Sanders on guns at a New York rally on Monday, suggesting weapons coming out of his state are frequently used to commit crimes in the Empire state.

The Vermont senator has defended votes against stronger restrictions on gun manufacturers by saying that as a representative of a rural state he has voted to protect the rights of his constituents. At a rally in Port Washington, Politico reports, Clinton suggested that reasoning was not sufficient.
