A Mixed Martial Arts fighter died after competing at an event in Dublin at the weekend. Joao Carvalho, from Portugal, was taken to hospital after being beaten by Charlie Ward a team-mate of UFC champion Conor McGregor. The 28 year old underwent emergency brain surgery but died later.
