We talk to people at an event for addicts about the rise of fentanyl in northern B.C.

Yesterday, B.C.'s provincial health officer declared a public health emergency because of the number of people overdosing on fentanyl and other drugs. At the same time the Native Friendship Centre in Prince George was hosting its first every Recovery Day aimed at connecting people with addictions to the services and treatment they need. Daybreak's Andrew Kurjata was there, and he heard from people on the front lines about the toll drug addiction is taking... and the challenge of finding a solution.
