It's official, the Lisburn Road is where you're most likely to be slapped with a parking fine in Belfast. Almost 35,000 penalties were dished out in a 12-month period across the city. And an FOI by the Belfast Telegraph revealed it is the Lisburn Road where ticket-happy traffic wardens are at their most prolific - hitting motorists at a rate of six a day.
