All-Cash Homebuyers May See Big Discounts

Homebuyers who pay all cash for their houses could see big discounts. That's according to a quarterly survey by RealtyTrac. Daren Blomquist, SVP of RealtyTrac says all-cash buyers of single-family homes and condos nationwide paid an average 23 percent less than all homebuyers.
