Most Cardholders Who Ask Get a Higher Credit Limit

A Bankrate.com survey finds 78 percent of cardholders who ask for a higher credit limit receive it. But Bankrate analyst Mike Cetera tells the Wall Street Journal that only 28 percent ask for a higher limit.
